The name Rtvan
Rtvan takes its name from Ṛta, a Sanskrit idea of order and coherence. In corporate legal work, the idea is practical: ownership, decision-making authority, contractual obligations, regulatory position and implementation documents need to fit together.
The aim is not to make legal work sound more complicated than the business problem. It is to make the structure, risk and implementation path clear enough to use.
